IndiGo Appoints Gaurav Hazrati to Lead Loyalty and Financial Services
IndiGo has appointed Gaurav Hazrati as Business Head – Loyalty, Marketplaces & Financial Services, as the airline looks to expand its customer loyalty, travel marketplace and financial services businesses.
In his new role, Hazrati will oversee the growth of IndiGo BluChip, the expansion of its rewards ecosystem and the development of travel marketplace and financial services offerings.
Hazrati brings more than 18 years of experience in loyalty, digital platforms and financial services. Before joining IndiGo, he served as CEO and Director of Tata Payments Limited and President of Financial Services at Tata Digital. He was also part of Tata Digital’s founding leadership team, contributing to the development of businesses across payments, credit cards, lending, insurance and investments.
Earlier in his career, Hazrati was part of the founding team of Axis Direct and later held senior positions at IndusInd Bank, where he worked on digital banking, payments, investments and lending platforms.
